Instead of going to waste, this ink begins a new life beyond the press - repurposed as a durable, eco-friendly fence stain. From rural paddocks to horse arenas, what starts in print now protects and colors the very fences that shape our landscapes.

Our Recycling Program

At Signs Banners Online, we are committed to recycling as many materials as possible throughout our operations. We responsibly recover and recycle inks, plastic rolls, and production materials to minimize environmental impact. Our shipping tubes and workshop cores are made from recycled paper, and we actively separate metals from plastics to ensure proper disposal and reuse. In addition to internal recycling processes, we participate in community and government programs to promote sustainability and reduce landfill contributions.

Every Element Recycled

Recycling runs through every stage of production, not only the end of it. Ink reclaimed from press flushing is filtered and repurposed as durable fence stain, more than 2,000 litres a year instead of tipped away. Mesh and banner offcuts are separated by material and baled for reprocessing. Cardboard cores, pallets and packaging go back into the supply chain or out for collection. Steel strapping is set aside for scrap metal recovery, and our stainless steel 304 eyelets are specified to outlast the job rather than be replaced. Spent print heads and electronic parts go to e-waste recovery, never landfill. Sorting at the bench keeps every stream clean enough to be genuinely reused.
